Once a week, the strange Mrs Schpitz looks after Michal and his little brother Ja’ir. Mrs Schpitz has a dog that is at least as strange as her and is also called Schpitz, so that everyone knows that it belongs to her. It really likes sweets, though it is bad for its teeth. But Michal and Ja’ir also like sweets, once they have eaten the last ones they have to keep supplies coming. And a real odyssee through Tel Aviv ensues. Together with the helpful police officer Schalom, their friend Doron and the dog Schpitz, Michal and Ja’ir encounter several unexplained criminal cases that they can solve with a lot of imagination and braveness.
